It fits comfortably on the ears for hours of use without discomfort. The AGC works VERY WELL indeed. You will hear bullets in front of you, behind you, and to your right. They are great headphones and no regrets. I had original purchased the Sennheiser RS120 but wasn't thrilled with the lack of bass, volume levels and interference issues.

I am very pleased with them and would recommend this model as they are updated and perfected to give the buyer a good quality for the $. The week I purchased them they were 50.00 less in price and I don't know how I lucked out, but I paid under 300.00. They do not dwell on the surround sound capability. But, I have found the surround sound to be incredible. I listen to music mostly, so wanted something that was highly rated for it. I have to say, I'm very impressed with the sound quality of these.

I can live with that when watching TV, and it certainly is "same difference" when consuming audio-only sources. Brief dropouts can occur when my microwave oven is on and I happen to pass within 2' of it.

We partially solved that by putting a small foam pad on the on/off button (thus separating the volume buttons). But why should we have had to invent a solution? I couldn't find them in Canada so purchased them in the US for $254. The suggested retail in Canada on the Sennheiser site is $499. Overall, I've been really happy with this purchase. First, it was really easy to set up the headphone system. And, most importantly, the sound is absolutely amazing. There's no extraneous background noise at all: no hissing, no hums, no snaps, crackles, or pops.

I have read almost all of the reviews prior to buying this product. I have used a "FEW" electronic products in my 53 years of being in the electronics industry. I should note that while I was listening to this selection I was moving around my approx. 1100 hem in an 1100 square foot apartment with no loss of fidelity at all. I have not heard any interference or distortion due to it being wireless. These are the best wireless headphones ever. I red some comments before I bought them that they are difficult to pair - I didn't find that at all. In fact, as soon as powered up the transmitter and put the batteries in, they came right on!
