Choosing between these two kinds of MIDI keyboard would depend a lot on your position and how you intend to employ the device. Piano style MIDI keyboards would go from $100 to $100,000. The price tag certainly would depend on the features that come with the unit and the brand also. The more preferred the brand is, the bigger the price can be. Well, that's how it goes in the market anyway so there's nothing surprising about it.
