The audio cable is plenty long for what I require, however I guess maybe it's a bit more insulated. The ear-cup covers the whole ear and doesn't sit on top of earlobes unlike a few of the other designs. General it's a great value for your money. Sound is more than adequate, great bass sound, comfortable but just a little heavy after more than an hour or so of listening. They have comparable quality of sound as your 10 dollar rf wireless headphones you purchase at Best Buy.
The plastic that they're made from, feels inexpensive and hollow. Extremely comfortable and the sound is excellent.

I purchased these while testing out a bunch of different headphones. The Sony MDR-XD200 is definitely the very best. Only thing is, I can not hear any difference after I change from Music to Film modes. I must use them with a rag of shirt on top of my head for padding since the excess weight of the headphones causes straps to cut into my scalp, really miserable. I personally use them mostly for my computer, however when I tried them with the stereo I was surprised about the caliber of the sound. One "con" is the fact that these headphones are very big, as in measure about 2" out from your face and that is how far these stand out. The rf wireless headphones completely enclose your ears. The sound is remarkably great for such an affordable set of headphones. It is like something is going on behind you. For a $25 set of headphones, sound is nice! Don't use these for "monitoring" purposes. I'm listening to music at this time using these headphones, and it rocks! You should not be disappointed as I am not!

I am an audiophile but not as intense as other people and these just not have the things I would like. Needs more work, specifically for 20 bucks. For me it doesn't truly make a difference, as I'm going to be using them at home, however for others this may be something to consider.

The sound is extremely clear, crisp, pure to the ear and doesn't escape the custom headphones that might bother someone else in the room. I suppose I did not read carefully enough prior to searching "buy headphones online", everything's fantastic, but the cord is about ten feet long!
